Twist drills for plastic materials

Drilling acrylic and plexiglass with conventional HSS drills can sometimes turn into a chore without a happy ending :( Due to the aggressive adjustment of the drill flanks, the drill head literally eats into the soft plastic surface .

The drill heads of our P-Glas Drills, which are specially ground for those materials, prevent the material from cracking due to their optimized cutting geometry and enable clean hole drilling in cast and extruded materials.
