Store roll media efficiently with Yellotools
For space-saving floor storage of car wrapping vinyls as well as plotter and textile films, we offer movable film roll racks, roll stands and roll holders. Film rolls are either horizontally or vertically stored, depending on the construction. The material is always quickly accessible, no matter which variant you choose.
Vertical storage with floor racks and mobile roll holders
The "upright" storage of roll media is always recommended when a lot of material has to be stored in a small area within the workshop or warehouse.
With the Twister product range, we meet exactly these requirements: From the smallest version Twister Single for a single roll of film, to the Twister Magnum with rotating function and the Twister Maxi, up to 16 rolls can be safely stored on these roll holders. Several Twister Clicks can be connected to each other and moved in tandem. The Twister Mixx features holders for 2" and 3" diameter roll cores.
Twister Slot System for back-friendly work
Lifting heavy rolls of film repeatedly stresses your back muscles, intervertebral discs and spine. With the Twister Slot (available as a mobile roll holder or floor stand) and the TimStick lifting aid, these strains are reduced significantly: the rolls can be lifted and carried with a straight back and even inserted horizontally into the printer or plotter.
Horizontal storage: Treemaxx, VertiGo and Co.
The mobile film racks of the Treemaxx series are suitable for any common vinyl roll width from 100 to 152 cm.
The Treemaxx Flexi is very useful if the material rolls are of different widths: The rolls are moved onto stable wooden supports and secured on the opposite side with a slider. With this slider, each individual roll holder can be adjusted to fit the roll's width.
The Treemaxx EasyReach is equipped with hinged holding pins in which the rolls are simply hooked and unhooked - fast one-person operation saves a lot of time here. The Treemaxx EasyReach Pro works on the same principle, with the addition of a dispenser unit with cutting bar and meter counter: This allows the film material to be unrolled, measured and cut to length right next to the printer or plotter!
On the Treemaxx Tube, aluminum rods are fed into the roll cores and then hooked into the rack. With the VertiGo Mobile Stepless, the distances between individual rolls can also be adjusted seamlessly.
And to make it as easy as possible to move the film rolls horizontally for storage, we offer the MediaFlipper, the ideal addition to our storage racks: This rotating device saves your back from overstraining due to repeated manual turning of the heavy roll materials.
Roll media can also be slid onto rails for storage: The SpeedTimberRack holds up to 42 rolls from 60 to 120 cm in width and is a lightweight unit that can be easily moved around the workshop.
For narrower vinyl rolls up to 63 cm wide, we recommend the Twister Cliffhanger or the rollable Twister Bloc: Both variants offer space for up to 48 rolls of film, which are simply attached onto wooden crosses from the front. In combination with the MediaLids, you always have the individual colors and quantities in sight ;-)
